Floyd Mayweather facing harassment charges for threatening guards – Boxing news

Floyd Mayweather, also known as Pretty Boy, is facing new harassment charges of threatening two homeowner association guards outside his Las Vegas home.

According to these new charges, Mayweather threatened the guards when they saw most of his vehicles parked wrongly on the street in violation of association rules.

The guard, Miguel Burgos, told the police that Mayweather warned him and his co-worker Aaron Ryan for not touching his vehicles. He also added that they explained the undefeated fighter about the rules and regulations but he said he has 29 different vehicles and they cannot be touched by anyone.

“I already have a pending gun charge and I don’t want any problems, but my homeboys have guns and I’ll call them to come over and take care of you guys,” Mayweather said, according to Burgos’. “What do you guys want to do?”

The guards also stated that he threatened them several times and told them to leave. Police however on the same note told the media that the guards denied pressing any charges upon their arrival but later on Ryan called the police again telling them that he wants to move forward with the case. Meanwhile, the police also told the press that Mayweather has no gun charges pending against him.

This is not the first time Mayweather has been charged on misdemeanour harassment. He already faces a September trail when he had a dispute with a 21-year-old guard and he threw a punch in his face. The issue there was also over parking tickets.

Later on in October, he fought with the guards in the gated community where he lives. Apart from these charges, he is also alleged in a domestic argument with his ex-girlfriend and two of their children.

On the top of it, Mayweather’s lawyer Karen Winckler has told the police that his client will not be available for an interview.

The 34-year-old American, Floyd Mayweather, has never been defeated as of yet. He has appeared in a total of 41 fights and has won 25 of them with knockouts.
